Capability discovery and authorization testing are always available. Real RTX execution is available only when the Kanverse bridge is online.
Judge test guide
  1. Ask Astra to discover the available WebMCP tools.
  2. Ask whether gpu.compute is in demo mode or live mode.
  3. Ask what authorization borrow_gpu_compute requires.
  4. Ask whether GPU telemetry is potentially sensitive.
  5. Do not authorize a GPU workload unless LIVE MODE is explicitly shown.
